Encompass Coronavirus Assistance Hotline is a telephone-based support service available free of charge to everyone.
This free service is to provide guidance and individualised support to anyone seeking help during one of our nation’s most challenging times.
The Coronavirus Pandemic has created many areas of uncertainty in everyday life for all Australians. We are also aware that the sheer volume of information being received by the community through the media and other sources may cause you to feel overwhelmed and confused.

•Be experiencing financial hardship
•Have contracted the Coronavirus
•Feeling anxious or depressed
•Having feelings of isolation and general confusion or concern
•Feeling overloaded with information
Encompass Community Services is a not-for-profit organisation and we understand that sometimes you just need to chat to someone. We have the time to listen and guide you to the support you may need.

The phone lines are operating between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (Standard Eastern Time). Please note calls outside of these hours will go to a voicemail and we shall respond to you as soon as possible.
