We are assisting a client with her purchase of a new apartment in Queensland. She contracted at a price of $400,000. We applied for her loan and ordered valuation that came at $370,000. The customer did not have enough funds to meet the shortfall. We called the agent and negotiated the price down to $380,000 on behalf of our client. Our client not only got the best interest rates, a great customer experience with constant updates but also saved a massive $20,000 on her new purchase.
